Payment for orders will be accepted online via our website only. We verify all credit card orders for your protection. In some rare instances, this process may cause a slight delay in shipping.
California residents will have sales tax added.
We strive to keep up the cart with correct information, but reserve the right to cancel or modify any order with incorrect Pricing, Quantities, Etc. We will always do our best to work with you should any unforeseen problem arise.
Prices DO NOT include shipping costs. Shipping will be added into the total in your shopping cart at check-out.

You will be sent e-mails with your invoice and tracking information after your order has been processed.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Most orders will be shipped via UPS if Flat Rate is not available for your order. Please understand that we may contact you for additional shipping charges if your order is too large or heavy for a Flat Rate box.
We strive to ship your order within 24 hours of its placement.
Most orders should arrive within 2-5 days in the contiguous 48 states.
Oversized or heavy items that must be shipped by truck freight may incur an additional shipping charge.
Non-standard shipping may incur additional charges:
UPS 2nd Day Air: $18.00 per 20 pounds
UPS Next Day Air: $30.00 per 20 pounds
Hazardous Mat.: $25.00 per box
2nd Day Air to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico is available. Flat Rate is now available to Puerto Rico too!

All foreign orders must be prepaid and will be billed upon actual weight at the time of the shipment. Processing and handling is non-refundable on foreign orders.
Any shortages or errors in received goods must be reported to Thoro’Bred within 5 working days after receipt of merchandise.
All orders, purchases and shipments of products are considered complete at the point of shipment.
Thoro’Bred’s responsibility for delivery stops upon the acceptance by the carrier or shipping agent.
RETURNS:
No returns will be accepted without a “Returned Goods Authorization” (RGA) number issued by our office. Any unauthorized returns will be refused. The RGA should be marked on the outside of all packages returned.
All goods returned must be sent back pre-paid. No collect shipments will be accepted. Insure the goods for their full value to protect you against loss.
All goods must be of current design, in good condition, and NO credit will be issued for old obsolete merchandise.
A restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all returns.
We can not accept any returns on custom or special ordered parts. Videos, software and liquids can not be returned once opened.

If the product you are looking for is currently out of stock, please contact us for information on future availability or check back the following day. We update the cart on a daily basis.
WARRANTIES:
Most products we sell are protected by a manufacturer’s warranty. Parts used in racing and competition are warranted against manufacturer’s defects only, and will not be warranted for wear or breakage under any circumstance.
Any part in our sole opinion that has been used improperly, subjected to abuse, improper shipping or handling or installed contrary to instructions will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty.
