Q: How do I sign up as a CUSTOMER on your website?
1. Log on to www.thorobredinc.com.
2. Click on “Account” at the top right of the screen.
3. On the “My Account” page, type in a username (such as your name or company name), your e-mail address and a password twice (to be sure they match). Write your username and password down and keep in a safe place. Then click “Register”.
4. When the “My Account” page comes up again, click on the “Edit” buttons to enter your shipping and billing addresses and click the “Save Address” button.
Q: How can I locate my nearest Thoro’Bred Dealer?
Click on “Dealer Locator” towards the top right of the home page and enter your zip code at the minimum. If you do not see any results, select the distance (default is 50 miles) box and increase to 100 or more miles. For International Dealer locations, please contact us. Thanks!
Q: How do I sign up as a DISTRIBUTOR on your website?

Q: How do find a product on your website?
To begin shopping or just to become familiar with the many products or special deals we have to offer, here are a few tips to start enjoying the website.
For example, to see a “PLR Race” shoe, follow the instructions below.
- Hover the pointer over “Products”. A secondary menu will appear.
- Now hover the pointer over “Aluminum Fronts”. Another menu will appear.
- Click on “Wide Web Style Fronts” and you will be taken to that page.
- Click on the “PLR Race” picture and you will be taken to that page. Read the description, see availability and click on any of the photos to enlarge them for a better view.
- Make your choices by clicking the “option bars” under the description. For instance, click “5” under size and choose “Set” for a set of 4 shoes.
- The price will appear for your choice, and a quantity box will appear. Click on the +/- buttons or type in an amount.
- Click on “Add to Cart” when you are happy with your choice.
Q: What type of payment do you accept?
Our on-line store currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express
Payments can also be made with PayPal, and we also will accept checks sent by mail.
Please note that orders by check payment will not be processed before your check has cleared, so this option will take your order longer to get to you!
Q: How can I be notified of special sales, internet only deals and updates?

Q: Why are some of your shoes sold in half sizes, and what does that mean?
Our “Half Sizes” are made with a slightly longer heel to provide protection that is so often needed in that area and will to help prevent “run-down heels”. We work with some of the top Farriers in the world, and they asked us to produce the half size.
If you are used to using a size 5, order the 5.5 and the heels will be just slightly longer to help protect that area.
Q: What are the actual dimensions of your shoes?
Our “Shoe Size and Nail Charts” are packed with information and are downloadable in PDF form for easy viewing and printing.

Q: Where can I find your special offers and sale items?
Check out the “Garage Sale” section under “Products” for awesome savings. Sometimes clearance items are up to 80% OFF and only at the website! Check back often for updates on these great deals. If you are on our mailing list we will let you know automatically!
Q: I am having problems checking out or placing my order.
In most cases, it is because the billing information entered during checkout does not match the credit card billing address. We will ship to a different address for your convenience, however we verify all credit card orders for your protection. In some rare instances, this process may cause a slight delay in shipping.
Q: Where do you ship?
Currently online orders are only shipped to addresses in the Continental U.S. due to the credit card verification process on our site. We have distributors all over the world and will ship anywhere, but overseas orders must be made by calling Thoro’Bred at 1-800-854-6059. You will be contacted for an extra charge on orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. If you do not agree to pay the extra shipping charges, we will be happy to refund your order for you.
Q: Where can I find the part numbers for your products?
You will only see the part numbers when we send your order confirmation to you by e-mail, as they are mostly used internally by us. We have found over the years that most customers prefer to order by style, size and amount, so the site was made this way to avoid any confusion.
Q: I am an Authorized Thoro’Bred Distributor and have a customer that needs an item shipped directly. Can I have the order drop shipped?
Yes, simply enter your customers address into the “ship to” section upon checkout. All drop shipments will be sent UPS Ground unless you leave us instructions to do otherwise. You will be invoiced at your cost plus actual UPS Ground cost after the items have shipped.
Q: There are no dealers in my area. May I become an authorized Thoro’Bred Dealer?
Yes, we may set up an account with you. You must have a store and a resale number to qualify. Please call us here at 1-800-854-6059 for more information and forms for becoming a dealer.
