Absolutely fantastic knife to us

I have to be honest, I was a little disappointed in the quality of the knife. I have an old Hauptner knife that was much higher quality. I’ve had it so long and sharpen the blade so much that it finally snapped I got so thin. The finish on the handle of the new knife and the wood they use is not as good as it was originally. My old knife also was a thin blade knife with the shape of the blade was more tapered that the new one. I really was disappointed
